Every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Please read this policy before placing an order.
Returns
As artwork is produced and packaged with care, we only accept returns in the circumstances outlined below.
Paper Prints
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
the print must be unused
it must be in its original packaging
it must be returned in the same condition it was received
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original Artwork
Original artworks are unique pieces.
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery provided the artwork is returned in its original condition.
The customer is responsible for arranging secure, insured return shipping unless the artwork arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
If an artwork is damaged during return shipping because it was not packaged appropriately, a full refund may not be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
your order number
photographs of the packaging
photographs of the damaged item
We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
customised or commissioned artwork
gift cards
digital downloads
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
