I strive to display colours and artwork as accurately as possible.
Because screen settings vary, colours may differ slightly from the physical artwork.
Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces and cannot be exactly reproduced.
Pricing
Prices are listed in the currency shown on the website.
Prices may change without notice.
Orders
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
payment cannot be processed
fraud is suspected
an item has been listed with an obvious pricing error
the artwork is unavailable
If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only.
Delays caused by postal services or customs are outside my control.
Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, photographs, designs, logos and website content remain the copyright of Sam Milan Hewitt.
Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright.
